Where can I find my order number?Updated 5 months ago

If you're unable to locate your order number, please follow the below instructions.

Order Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This includes the details of your purchase, including your order number. Look for a subject line containing "Order confirmed". Your order number is displayed within your email as shown in the below screenshot highlighted in red.

Your Account

If you have created a Livetta account, you can find your order number by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Orders' section. Here, you'll find a list of your previous orders, each with its unique order number. Click here to go to the login page to either login to your existing account or to create an account. You must do this with the email you used to make the purchase to auto populate your previous orders.

Customer Service

If you don't have a Livetta account or you cannot locate your order confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team with the below details:

• Your full name
• Your shipping address
• The email address linked to your order
• Items ordered

Our team will do their best to locate your order and re-send your confirmation email.
