If your parcel has not yet received an initial scan, this usually means that your parcel is being prepared for shipment by our warehouse team.
This can sometimes show on your tracking as 'sender dispatching item', 'preparing shipment' or 'we've received your order details but not your parcel'.
Typically, this status can last anywhere from hours to days. When collecting a high volume of parcels, the courier may not individually scan each parcel until it reaches its next destination.
