As the Livetta brand continues to scale, we occasionally notice websites or accounts imitating us. Here are some tips to make sure you're shopping on the verified Livetta website or interacting with our official social media platforms.

• If the URL isn't getlivetta.com, it's not us. The website should also have a padlock icon on the URL to show it's secure.
• If you receive a message from anyone other than the official Livetta account, it's not us. We will only contact you from our official Instagram.

If you have made a purchase from a fake Livetta website, contact your bank, as they may be able to cancel the purchase.

If you're unsure whether you're shopping on the official Livetta site, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist.

If you have been contacted by a fake account or shopped on a fake website, please report it. We're always working hard to keep you safe, but we need your help too. If you have shared any personal information with a fake profile, we advise contacting the police immediately.
