If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to resolve this for you.
Please include the below information when contacting the team:
- Order number
- Images of the packaging and the items when they arrived
- Description of the items received, as well as a description of the missing or damaged items
- Description of the delivery location (e.g. mailbox, porch, handed directly to you)
- Confirmation of whether the damage was acknowledged by the courier
